Founder & CEO
Shawn Moore Sr. founded MRSG in 2013 after years of direct community engagement in Milwaukee's most violence-affected neighborhoods. His approach was different from the start: not charity, not reaction — but a systems-level, technology-powered framework for preserving life before crisis happens.
Shawn developed the Life Preservation Systems™ framework from the ground up — drawing on neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and over a decade of field experience. He then built the Cerebral Command Network to operationalize that framework at city scale, turning a community intervention model into an enterprise technology platform.
Today, MRSG holds an active contract with the City of Milwaukee's Department of Community Wellness & Safety — a direct result of Shawn's credibility, results, and the platform he built.
Core Philosophy
"We are not a charity. We are a technology and consulting firm that saves lives and gets paid to do it."
This philosophy drives every product decision, every contract negotiation, and every deployment. MRSG operates with the discipline of a technology firm and the urgency of a life-preservation mission.
